TabVault is a Chrome browser extension developed by TechBubble that allows users to save the state of browser tabs including URL, scroll position, and video timestamps, and restore them at a later time. TabVault is completely free, with no paid tiers or subscriptions.

3. Availability

TabVault is provided as-is with no guarantees of continued availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Data and Privacy

5. Intellectual Property

TabVault and all associated code, design, and content are the intellectual property of TechBubble. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Extension without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TabVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechBubble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of TabVault.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
